"I Need An Actionable Marketing Plan"

Client Scenario:

The CU had previously received outside agency marketing plans that were unrealistic, unmanageable and ultimately unimplementable (not to mention ridiculously expensive!). The CU had a three person marketing team; however they required the expertise to guide their marketing plan from conception to execution to measuring and reporting. Additionally this CU was in the process of a brand evolution which required a seamless integration within all marketing planning and efforts.

We immediately immersed ourselves into the CU’s brand, culture and team. We then set about creating a multi-year marketing plan. The plan seamlessly integratedtheir evolving brand and contained realistic, attainable and manageable goals. It incorporated built-in tracking and measuring systems as well as defined reporting and analysis efforts. Additionally we developed responsibility/task and timeline charts, created a marketing budget, established a media plan and assisted in educating the Board and staff about the plan and marketing efforts.
