Client Scenario:

The Marketing VP at this CU was unhappy with the lack of communication and CU understanding their current media agency displayed. The Marketing VP attended a speaking session where Amy was a presenter and called The BA Group for help!

BA Solutions:

We immediately analyzed their current media buys, immersed ourselves into their media markets as well as their marketing department. From there we created a marketing position statement and Tactical Media Plan that was implementable and understood from teller to CEO. 

Results:

A positioning statement that was related to their existing brand and understood, supported and well received both internally and externally. A targeted media plan and subsequent media placement directed to the primary target audience that increased brand awareness and participation.
