The CU, with a one person marketing department, was tasked with incorporating a new brand, products and services into their annual marketing plan. They were also in charge of overseeing the complete management of all marketing efforts. In addition the CU’s annual business plan relied heavily on the successful launch of the new brand, products and services, which was an immense stress on the lone marketing person. |

We immediately conducted a competitive market analysis to ascertain which benefits and differentiators the CU’s products and services held and how to best promote them. We then created a brand and filter fitting marketing plan which included specific goals, timelines, budgets, tasks and responsibilities charts. The plan also included tracking and measurement systems that were approved by the Board and fully understood by the Tellers. |
