Client Scenario:

This CU had never been through the development and execution of a new website. They needed someone with the experience to lead and manage the project; which included all content, imaging, CU information and design guidance.

BA Solutions:

We established a workflow schedule to manage all parties and tasks involved. We provided consultation on best practices for creating user friendly environments while maintaining brand integrity and user functionality. We created member centric content that followed and maintained the brand standards and integrity. We also ensured a marketing department friendly Client Management System (CMS) was installed, allowing easy in-house updates, changes, etc.

Results:

We delivered, on schedule, a branded website that became the benchmark in which the CU measured all other marketing and branding efforts by. The CU was fully trained and versed in their new CMS system leaving them fully self-sustained with their website management.
